Offering original athleisure apparel and underwear, we are sexuality, gender, race, age, size XS - 5X, and ability inclusive. As a social good enterprise, we donate 20% of net profits to LGBTQ+ and Black Lives Matter nonprofit organizations.

About the Founder or TeamAbby Sugar, founder and CEO of Play Out Apparel is a change maker and champion of queer visibility. She was a consumer frustrated by the lack of diversity in intimate apparel style options and was determined to disrupt the gender-specific, multi-billion dollar lingerie market.
The team brings over 20 years of experience in eCommerce and fashion retail; Chief Design Officer E Leifer, was the former Director of Creative Production at Intermix and previously product styling manager at Net-a-Porter; and COO John Lackner comes to us with multi-brand CEO experience, and as former Country Sales Manager for H&M Mexico.
Production ProcessCofounder E designs all Play Out’s clothes and styles - and in fact, our prints are original limited-edition paintings by E, that are then digitized and printed on the fabric.
Currently using overstock of raw materials and sourcing recycled fabrics, we strive to limit our carbon footprint. With revenue and sales growth, we look to use sustainable materials and prioritize a future invested in circular textiles.
